Cooling Garments to Help Manage Heat
There are many garments out there to help you cool off - hats, neck scarves, vests. Check them out to see if they would help you. Some people wear them when they go outside. Sometimes, they seem bulky and 'look funny' so people put them on when they get in the car or get home.
